Product Marketing Manager

Description

Sitting at the intersection of product management, marketing, and sales, you will help ensure customers and internal teams understand the unique value of our product and what sets it apart in the market. You will study the company’s products as well as customer pain points and translate technical functionality into compelling benefits. You will be introducing new functionalities to the market and enhance our existing product by building the positioning and tools to both articulate the benefits to prospects and drive user adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include

  • Support commercialization and go-to-market of new products and features - including positioning, packaging, pricing, competitive landscape - and product roadmap based on deep understanding of market needs.
  • Work with the product team to analyze needs and our value proposition per persona and educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Improve new logo and upsell win rates with a differentiated, data-driven value story that you bring to life with a suite of market-facing materials and tools for our GTM team
  • Sales enablement: Provide strategic support and tailored assets for high-value, strategic sales and client meetings in partnership with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Initiate assets and content creation (e.g. case studies, data sheets, solution briefs, product videos, website copy, release announcements) to articulate the benefits of the product to the world
  • Maintain product and service-line documentation for our care delivery products

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a PMM working on complex products in B2B SaaS
  • Native-level written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to manage complex organizational interfaces
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Experience with the US healthcare market - advantag
