We are looking for a contract Field Marketing Coordinator to own the logistics and execution of our in-person events. You will work closely with the field marketing team, vendors, and partners, as well as on-site GTM teams across sales, marketing, and product. This is a logistics-first, execution-heavy role. You’ll step into an existing event infrastructure and help run multiple shows simultaneously — coordinating suppliers, managing inventory, tracking expenses, and ensuring every detail is handled before, during, and after each event. There is also the option to travel on-site to support execution when needed.
What Success Looks Like
- Booth displays and materials arrive on time and are fully set up before each event
- On-site teams know exactly what inventory is available and where it lives
- Vendors and suppliers are coordinated smoothly, with budgets tracked accurately
- Event materials are returned to their designated storage locations and ready for the next show
- Multiple events run in parallel without details slipping through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing logistics, vendors, and timelines across multiple projects
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Monday, and Slack (preferred)
- Clear, proactive, and reliable communication skills
