The Supplier Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing supplier relationships across Israel and Southeast Asia. This role oversees the full supply chain cycle — from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management, logistics, and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate has deep experience and hands on in supplier management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
1. Supplier Management
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and performance metrics (quality, delivery, compliance) in Israel and Southeast Asia.
 - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
 - Optimize cost structures and minimize supply chain disruptions.
 - Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and manufacturers in Israel and Southeast Asia. – Advantage
 
2. Planning & Procurement
- Develop and implement purchasing and material planning strategies aligned with company goals.
 - Collaborate with customer success to forecast demand and production schedules.
 - Manage purchase orders, supplier lead times, and delivery schedules to meet production timelines.
 
3. Import & Export Operations (low scale)
- Manage international logistics, customs compliance, and import/export documentation.
 - Coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
 - Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely, cost-effective delivery.
 
4. Inventory Management (low scale)
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
 - Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, implementing corrective actions.
 - Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting and reconciliation.
 
5. ERP System Management
- Manage and optimize ERP system workflows for purchasing, and inventory control.
 - Ensure accurate data input and reporting across supply chain modules.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
 - Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, and procurement (preferably in electronics, IoT, or high-tech manufacturing).
 - Proven track record managing suppliers in Israel and Southeast Asia.
 - Strong knowledge of import/export processes and international logistics.
 - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Priority, SAP, Oracle). – NetSuite advantage
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
 - Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hebrew, Mandarin, or Thai – an advantage).
 - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
