Description

Nexite is redefining how fashion retailers understand and operate their physical stores. Our technology gives every item a digital identity, enabling real-time visibility into how products move, perform, and engage shoppers in-store.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation retail tools that help fashion brands make smarter, faster, and more actionable merchandising decisions.

In this role, you’ll own products that combine real-time in-store data, connected merchandise, AI-driven recommendations, and operational workflows for some of the world’s leading fashion retailers. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, retail operations, visual merchandising, and AI — transforming raw product and store behavior signals into clear insights and actions for HQ teams, store managers, VMs, and store staff.

If you’re excited about retail, data, AI, and building products that solve real operational problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

● Own and evolved product areas within Nexite’s retail execution suite, including dashboards, recommendation tools, action workflows, and AI-powered insights.

● Translate complex retail challenges into intuitive product experiences for merchandisers, retail managers, visual merchandisers, store teams, and operations users.

● Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, KPIs, and decision-making processes.

● Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and rollout plans.

● Partner with design, engineering, data science, customer success, and sales teams to deliver high-impact products.

● Use Nexite’s unique first-party data — to create actionable recommendations.

● Lead discovery for new product opportunities, especially around store optimization, AI recommendations, retail performance, and cross-team collaboration.

● Measure adoption, impact, and business outcomes, and continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and data.

Requirements

● 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail tech ,B2B SaaS, analytics, AI, or enterprise platforms.

● Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and turn data-heavy products into clear, actionable user experiences.

● Experience working with recommendation systems, workflow tools, or data products.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams.

● Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with KPIs, user behavior data, and business impact metrics.

● Customer obsession and curiosity about how real users work day to day.

● Ability to balance strategy, discovery, execution, and hands-on product definition.

Advantages

● Experience in fashion retail, merchandising, store operations, visual merchandising, or inventory optimization.

● Experience with AI/GenAI products, data enrichment, automation, or decision-support tools.

● Experience building products for multiple personas across HQ and store-level teams.
