We are hiring a Commercial Operations Manager to lead tactical and strategic initiatives across Nucleai’s commercial verticals to fuel growth and operational efficiency.
A cancer patient wants to know that their diagnosis and treatment are determined with the greatest precision and preferably using the most advanced technology. At Nucleai, we use cutting-edge AI-based technology to translate spatial biology insights into actionable biomarkers and to facilitate their implementation as diagnostics in the drug development process.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to lead commercial operations and support strategic BD/Sales initiatives. This role will drive business performance by optimizing operational processes, analyzing multiple internal and external data sources to create actionable insights, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring process alignment between our sales, marketing, and R&D teams. We are looking for someone highly organized, resourceful, and with a bias for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the commercial and marketing teams, ensuring efficient alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth.
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to develop and deploy new strategic initiatives.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity across the organization.
- Develop data-based commercial insights from a variety of sources and execute corresponding projects to enhance operational effectiveness and support business expansion.
- Work closely with the R&D and marketing departments to understand product specifications and develop strategies to reach the target audience.
- Prepare detailed reports on commercial operations’ performance and execute data-driven adjustments to market strategies.
- Manage financial operations, including invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts for commercial activities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by improving processes and touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departmental lines.
- In-depth knowledge of the biotech industry’s regulatory environment and market trends.
- Experience working with a CRM
- Experience working with advanced data analysis tools and systems, such as Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Looker, etc.
