The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing operations through data-driven insights and analytics. Skilled in analyzing and optimizing various aspects of marketing campaigns, including demand generation, events, digital marketing, account based marketing (ABM), partner marketing and customer marketing.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Support our Marketing Directors and teams on ad-hoc and standardizing reporting request and analysis.
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and optimize revenue marketing programs (e.g. Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns) to continuously maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Your Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations and analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ABM (e.g., 6sense), Chatbot, and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
