Description
We are looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and assist with developing and supporting our global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and act as HR's point of contact to support both associates and managers in different locations and time zones
- Ongoing conversations with associates, documentation, and summary of meetings
- Monitoring the action items and making sure they are being handled
- Make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
- The role includes strengthening the associate's engagement with the organization. This includes thinking of ways to perform and engage with Scylla more efficiently
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking performance processes and development programs in their region
- Taking part in HR responsibilities together with the VP People and the HR team such as terminations, exit interviews, development programs, satisfaction survey, associates retention and other HR aspects.
- Creating and improving different HR policies
- Developing training materials and presenting them.
- Assist with additional initiatives to improve engagement, connections, and retention
- Reporting directly to the VP of People, the HRBP will collaborate with the HRBP, HR Manager and the rest of the HR team
Requirements
- Has 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a global startup environment
- Has proven success in working with global teams in Europe, creating connectedness and retaining associates
- Fluent in English - A must
- Experienced in working and supporting managers remotely
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering them to managers and associates
- Enjoy working with people
- Excellent at interpersonal communication
- Collaborator and team player
- Analytic capabilities and experience in writing reports
