We are looking for gritty and ambitious SDRs to join our sales team and help accelerate our company growth. As an SDR at Seal Security, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with prospects, ultimately setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospects through various channels: cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and in-person networking at industry conferences.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their fit for our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track lead activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in an outbound sales or sales development role, preferably within B2B tech.
  • Start-up/“get-it-done” mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • Experience with cybersecurity or application development are huge plusses.

OTE range: $55K-$75K + benefits
