We’re ready to multiply our impact through VARs, tech alliances, MSSPs, GSIs, and marketplaces. As our Founding Channel Account Manager (CAM) you’ll build the partner engine from the ground up-- designing the program and scaling revenue fast.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit & onboard high-potential partners that are looking to supercharge their AppSec practices with the ability to actually fix things.
- Craft joint business plans and manage deal registration/partner pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined precision.
- Enable & evangelize; deliver concise partner trainings and webinars that make “patch-without-upgrade” crystal-clear.
- Drive demand generation via partner-led campaigns, events, and marketplace listings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Represent Seal Security at conferences and partner kick-offs.
- 2–3 years of quota-carrying channel sales or alliances experience in cybersecurity/SaaS.
- Demonstrated success recruiting and growing revenue with VARs and/or tech alliances.
- Familiarity with Open Source, AppSec, and/or DevSecOps.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and ready to build playbooks from scratch.
- Clear communication; ability to engage both technical teams and executives.
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces (AWS, Snyk) or launching a partner program.
- Technology that actually fixes problems- not just another visibility tool.
