We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and building scalable, impactful solutions. As a key member of our R&D team, you'll be part of an ambitious and dynamic group, leveraging the latest advancements in DevOps and LLMs to push the boundaries of innovation.

• End-to-end development of backend software components (research, design, development, testing, rollout, monitoring).
• Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various backend system components.

• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Golang).
• Extensive experience in security research (e.g., vulnerability research, exploits).
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Micro-services based architecture experience.
• An agile mindset adaptable to a startup's dynamic environment.
