Director of Operations

Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement strategies for operational excellence and process optimization across all departments.
• Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency to contribute significantly to the company’s financial targets related to Gross Margins.
• Direct Field Operations: Lead a subcontractor team for Field Operations, focusing on high standards and efficiency.
• Maintain keen oversight of budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) management, achieving project success rates and meeting gross margin targets.
• Scale and Manage Offshore Teams: Lead and scale, optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

You Are:

• Over 5 years experience in an operation senior leadership role in a dynamic setting.
• Experience in developing budgets and business plans.
• Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in leading and scaling offshore teams, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong financial background=, with experience in budget management, Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, and driving towards gross margin targets.
