Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be joining our founding engineering team, working directly with the CTO, CEO and design partners to build our product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be a key player in our zero-to-one journey, designing and implementing scalable solutions that will define our platform. You’ll have a massive impact on both the product and the company as we move towards our vision of transforming operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
• A self-starter mentality - an ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, taking ownership and turning loosely defined and rapidly evolving requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
• Proven experience in building large-scale, distributed systems using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.JS).
• Management or technical leadership experience - a strong plus
• Exact science degree from a leading university - a strong plus
• Experience with AI/ML technologies - a plus
• Prior startup experience - a plus
