We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Specialist to support our operations. This position plays a key role in keeping processes efficient, records accurate, and ensuring that teams across the organization stay aligned.

The Inventory Operations Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of company assets and supplies—from receiving and tracking inventory through preparing, shipping, and deploying equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight

  • Accept and document all incoming equipment following established procedures
  • Perform routine cycle counts and full inventory reviews to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor supply levels and initiate restocking as needed to meet upcoming demand
  • Follow company guidelines and controls to maintain accountability

Process & Records Management

  • Keep detailed records of inventory, orders, and shipments
  • Support order processing and tracking to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and workflow standards

Order Preparation & Shipping

  • Supervise the selection, staging, and packaging of items for delivery
  • Confirm that orders are complete and accurate before shipping
  • Pack materials according to best practices to prevent damage in transit
  • Coordinate with internal groups to meet deadlines and delivery commitments

Deployment & Support

  • Configure and prepare equipment so it is ready for use
  • Manage replacement or repair of equipment for employees or clients with minimal disruption

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Contribute to process improvements for inventory and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations

• Associate degree preferred

• Strong focus on accuracy and detail
