Description
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy, craft compelling messaging, and fuel pipeline generation across channels. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our technology is understood and adopted by enterprise retailers, and directly support sales enablement in a lean, high-impact team.
A day in the life:
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning based on customer pain points, market research, and product capabilities.
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials — pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, objection handling, demo tools etc.
- Drive marketing efforts that impact customer acquisition, product adoption, and overall business performance.
- Partner closely with sales to understand deal cycles and craft content that supports conversion.
- Partner closely with Product to understand the Product capabilities, roadmap, and new features
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our messaging aligns with product capabilities and business goals.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence assets.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform messaging and campaigns.
- Track performance of messaging and content in-market and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with the team to define and support demand generation strategies (campaign themes, email nurture flows etc.).
You bring to the table:
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, deep tech, or AI-driven platforms.
- Experience crafting marketing and enablement materials that accelerate deal cycles and preparing a product launch materials deck.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead qualification, and GTM motions.
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently — you thrive in ambiguity and like wearing multiple hats.
- Collaborator who enjoys striving for mutual success
- Proven ability to support or drive pipeline through marketing initiatives.
- High level of English proficiency (native speaker in a bonus)
- Bonus: experience in a high-growth or early-stage company
