Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Customer Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing training and guidance to maximize their utilization of our SaaS solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities for advocacy, and gather success stories for promotional purposes.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Collaborate with customers to establish and achieve measurable goals, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek and collect customer feedback, using insights to enhance our products and services.
  • Renewal Management: Monitor customer accounts, identify potential risks, and employ strategies to ensure customer renewals.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services to existing customers.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Be a critical thinker, troubleshoot issues, and proactively find solutions to customer challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing valuable customer insights to inform product development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales opportunities.
