We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and shape the future of our innovative web-based products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of user experience for our B2B and B2C customers

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver innovative, high-impact product experiences.
• Working with leaders across organizational boundaries to balance business goals while prioritizing user needs.
• Translate product requirements and concepts into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, designs, and microcopy, with a focus on enhancing user experience.
• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactive experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user experience is always the top priority.
• Develop and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the product, contributing to an improved overall user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• At least 6-7 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing complex web-based products and native B2C apps.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, design methodologies, and usability testing.
• Ability to take complex user requirements and transform them into seamless, user-friendly design solutions.
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to usability testing and final design.
