We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our growing product team.

As a Product Designer at Visitt, you will play a crucial role in an established product team. As part of a growing but still relatively small product team, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise and personal touch, working towards enhancing the daily experiences of millions of individuals who work, live, and visit thousands of buildings worldwide.

- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality product

- Design diverse user-facing interfaces

- Build and maintain elements of Visitt’s design system to facilitate efficient development

- Identify and validate customer needs and pain points through continuous research, observations, and conversations with users

- Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of new developments and identify opportunities for improvement

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industry, customers, and stakeholders to proactively meet their diverse needs

- Continuously challenge and improve existing design concepts and paradigms

- 4+ years of experience as a product designer

- Strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities

- Experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams

- Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and other UX principles

- Background in developing comprehensive design systems

- Proven experience in delivering designs aligned with KPIs to drive business objectives

- Proficiency in working with analytics tools, such as Mixpanel and Fullstory

- Superb communication and collaboration skills

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative design process

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in an office environment
