A passionate Business Developer Representative (1+ years of experience) who will play a crucial role in helping us transform the day to day operations and tenant experience for the trillion dollar commercial real estate industry.
You will build a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads for our Account Executive team in the U.S. commercial real estate market. A love for the Real Estate world is a big plus. Responsibilities
Your number one focus is building a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads for our Account Executive team.
- Source new target accounts and prospects and build accurate enriched lead lists
- Research accounts and prospects to understand their responsibilities, pain points, needs and wants
- Engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and social to nurture them down the pipeline, ensure meetings are booked, and reduce no-shows
- Hyper-personalized outreach to prospects to get them excited to hear more about Visitt and to schedule an introductory call with our Account Executive team
- Show your creative side with campaigns and ideas that will make Visitt stand out in the crowd
- Build an active social profile to brand yourself as a field expert for your prospects
Requirements
- +1 year of outbound BDR or SDR experience
- Experience in Real Estate / SAAS a big plus
- Cold calling experience with a high-energy phone presence
- Objection handling skills and ability to demonstrate product and market knowledge
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, social selling and prospecting tools
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to manage time and resources effectively
- Excellent research skills
