Responsibilities
- Build new relationships for the company through your own outbound efforts and networking
- Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, events
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close — for mid-market accounts across North America
- Wow prospects with engaging demos of our platform, acting as both a strategic advisor and product expert
- Be the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape product and strategy
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- 4+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales, from prospecting to close
- Experience in PropTech or selling to CRE owners/operators or building teams
- A strong network in the commercial real estate space
- Proven ability to build, manage, and forecast pipeline
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS sales
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Quick to learn new tech and able to communicate value to diverse stakeholders
- CRM and outbound tech experience
- Organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving, startup environments
