Visitt is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Professional Services Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of post-sale onboarding and implementation for our clients, with a strong focus on delivering a smooth, timely, and high-impact setup experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, coordinating complex implementations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful launches. You'll serve as the main point of contact during onboarding and will play a critical role in the early stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale onboarding process for new customers—from kickoff through successful go-live.
- Gather client requirements, configure accounts, and tailor the Visitt platform to fit operational workflows.
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct remote or onsite training sessions to guide customers through platform features and best practices.
- Monitor onboarding progress, proactively address issues, and communicate milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff after implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success) to align on customer goals, use cases, and implementation priorities.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve onboarding workflows, templates, and platform usability.
- Contribute to the refinement of onboarding playbooks and documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, Onboarding, or Implementation roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable running customer-facing training sessions and leading implementation conversations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRMs and project management tools.
- Bonus: Experience in real estate tech, property operations, or facilities management.
