What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a great Product Designer that loves working in Product teams, alongside PMs and R&D. One that can ideate together with the team, and takes that idea from initial concept, through functional UX design all the way to an amazing Figma file!

Core Responsibilities

• Own the design discipline at Watchful
• Work closely with Product, R&D, Marketing and other stakeholders to provide creative, thoughtful solutions that solve real problems for users
• Design end-to-end experiences and make sure every touchpoint with the user is part of a holistic journey: SAAS platform, Reports and other materials
• Analyze user data and usability sessions to identify opportunities for UX optimizations
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Design working on Enterprise SaaS B2B products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS - an advantage
• Ability to lead product processes and collaborate effectively from ideation through to design handoff
• Experience working in small start-ups -an advantage
• Online portfolio
