The opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our leading SaaS platform, delivering top-notch service to our global clients.This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about technology, driven by problem-solving, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be creating
- Provide first-level technical support to our customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our SaaS platform, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Document and log customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical support documentation for customers and internal use.
- Continuously improve your technical knowledge to keep up with the evolving platform and tools.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction in line with our service level agreements (SLA).
What you bring to the table
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, with technical experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
