What will you do

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll focus on improving sales readiness, messaging consistency, and execution excellence across the go-to-market organization.

You will lead the effort working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our teams have the skills, content, and confidence to engage effectively with prospects and customers.

Your responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Sales Readiness & Training

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring fast and effective ramp-up.
  • Create ongoing enablement programs for sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Coordinate recurring training sessions, workshops, and certifications on methodologies, messaging, and tools.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning plans

Content & Messaging Enablement

  • Partner with Product Marketing to maintain clear, up-to-date sales content: decks, playbooks, competitive battlecards, and case studies.
  • Ensure materials are easy to find, use, and aligned with the sales cycle.
  • Drive adoption of key messaging and storytelling frameworks across the sales team.

Sales Process Adoption

  • Reinforce consistent use of the defined sales process and methodology.
  • Work with RevOps to ensure that the GTM tools are leveraged effectively, focusing on training and usage.

Field Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a bridge between field teams and HQ functions, surfacing what sellers need to win.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through internal forums, sales huddles, or community channels.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate experienced sellers.
  • Proven track record in developing onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps).
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms.
