Description

Dot Compliance is a cloud-based, innovative software company, and our product allows Healthcare companies to manage their quality processes electronically with advanced Ai functionalities.

Are you passionate about designing seamless, user-friendly experiences and improving product functionality? We're looking for a UI/UX Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering exceptional user experiences across various modules in our Quality Management System (QMS) built on the Salesforce platform.

In this role, you will combine your deep understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design with product management expertise to drive the evolution of our QMS product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to ensure our users get the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Epics from Design to general availability including all product activities.
  • Lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across multiple QMS modules in Salesforce, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and transform them into design concepts and wireframes.
  • Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform product decisions.
  • Design prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Ensure the design meets high standards of UI/UX best practices and adheres to Salesforce’s Lightning Design System.
  • Prioritize features and design changes based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and other product documentation.
  • Drive regular product review sessions, ensuring alignment between design, development, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in UI/UX design, 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce applications (Salesforce Lightning) - advantage.
  • UI/UX Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma) and the ability to create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. (Portfolio)
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce's ecosystem, particularly its UI/UX best practices, Lightning Design System, and customization capabilities -Advantage
  • Product Management Experience: Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong ability to empathize with users, with experience conducting usability testing, interviews, and gathering feedback to refine design solutions. Good understanding of human factors
  • Digital Accessibility Compliance: Experience in designing digital interfaces in compliance with accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity for all users, including those with disabilities
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product usage data and user behavior to inform design improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and product strategies to diverse stakeholders.
