Description
We are looking for a software engineer to join our Professional Services team and work directly with customers to implement, extend, and integrate our compliance platform built on Salesforce. This is a hands-on technical role — you will write code, build integrations, migrate data, and solve problems that don’t always come with a clear spec.
The work spans Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows. You will work across multiple projects and customer environments, often picking up requirements on the fly and figuring out the best path forward independently.
To succeed here, you need to move fast, take ownership of problems before they're fully defined, and use AI tools as a native part of how you build — not as an occasional shortcut, but as how you actually work.
Responsibilities:
- Custom Development: Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform — Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations — based on real customer requirements.
- Build Python-based scripts and tools to support customer onboarding, automation, and data processing needs.
- Use AI coding tools actively throughout your work — to move faster, explore unfamiliar territory, and deliver without waiting for fully defined specifications.
- Translate customer requirements — sometimes vague, sometimes complex — into working Salesforce configurations, automated flows, and integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Customer Success to ensure new platform features land well in a services context.
- Identify opportunities and build internal AI agents and automations that improve how the PS team operates and delivers.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS)
- Experience developing complex Salesforce Flows
- Actively uses AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as part of daily workflow - not occasionally, but as a core working habit
- General familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, and similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Relevant degree from a recognized university or college, or equivalent demonstrated experience
