Description

Dot Compliance is a cloud based, innovative software company, and our product, built on Salesforce platform, allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance.

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this hands-on technical role, you will work closely with our global team to support technical activities during the customer onboarding stage, implement customer requirements, and develop tools and scripts to improve processes. Additionally, you will build AI-powered agents, Python-based scripts, and internal tools that make the whole team faster.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development: Design and build Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and complex Flows.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Perform configuration and implement customer requirements in DOT Compliance system; provide technical support for Professional Services team’s ongoing projects.
  • Deployments & Performance: Perform deployment of configuration and customization between customer orgs, as well as system performance testing and validation.
  • Python Scripting: Build Python-based scripts and tools to support customer onboarding, automation, and data processing needs.
  • AI Agents & Internal Tooling: Design and build AI-powered agents and internal tools to automate repetitive work and streamline team delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure new platform features land well.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Development Experience: Hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer, including development of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and proven experience in developing complex Flows.
  • AI Daily Habit: Actively uses AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as part of daily workflow - not occasionally, but as a core working habit.
  • AI Beyond Code Completion: Has built things with AI beyond code completion - agents, automations, or tools - whether at work or in self-driven projects.
  • AWS Familiarity: General familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, and similar).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Mindset & Learning: Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility; team player who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Education: Relevant degree from a recognized university or college, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
