We are looking for an energetic, passionate, professional, people oriented & results-driven Office Admin to join our awesome Facilities Operations Team in Israel.

As an Office Admin you will have a HUGE impact on our daily and strategic operations on the Yokneam site.

You will be part of all activities related to our site's ongoing daily operation and execution of the company facility project. You will make sure that all of our admin and operations procedures are maintained at the highest standard. Deliver a workspace environment in accordance with our special design, that inspires employees to experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, collaboration, communication and safety - and you’ll do it all with a big smile :)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Help with new employees onboarding process and ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Assist with office and employee events.
  • Manage office budget- Suppliers negotiation for cost reduction
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Onsite position 3 days a week - 08:30-17:30 relevant days.

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • English - high level , Hebrew - Native
